Five Things That Have Made Me Feel Good This Week – 07/04/2014

1. Watching blue tits nesting in our bird box.
2. A few days away with my mum, dad, sister and girls.
3. Jumping waves with my daughter Savanna on the beach in Nefyn, North Wales.
4. A grueling spin class at the gym.
5.  Blue sky, daffodils and lambs in the field.

I’m adding an extra one today!

6.  A bunch of flowers delivered to the door from my friend Mel in New Zealand.
