You may be surprised to hear that some people don’t find time in the morning to brush their teeth. Younger people are being claimed to be a lot better at remembering to do it every day. It’s imperative for your dental health to make time for a quick brush as it keeps decay away. You don’t want to end up getting a filling. Surprisingly, it’s even worse at night. This report found half of the British people they questioned, over half didn’t brush their teeth due to exhaustion.

So make sure you get up early enough to complete the essential things above. If you need to, go to bed earlier so that you can have more time in the morning!
