There are numerous ways to keep your body supple, lean, fit and then benefit from a knock-on effect in a mental health sense too…here we have a little conundrum, both disciplines of Yoga and Pilates have all the aforementioned benefits to our general physical and mental well-being but is there a clear winner? Should you be doing both? Does practicing both forms of exercise cancel out the other?
